The Training Center at CDAA is located in the beautifully restored historic Elks Tower and situated in the heart of downtown Sacramento, within blocks of the city’s best restaurants and the State Capitol Complex.

The Elks Tower was built in 1926 and was designed by Leonard J. Starks, in Italian Renaissance style. The Elks committee felt a structure should be one of monumental importance and scale. A building that would stand the test of time. That is precisely what was created on the corner of J and 11th Streets.

The Training Center at CDAA offers flexible, affordable and convenient meeting space for the savy meeting planner. The Training Center has a capacity of up to 70 people classroom and a Boardroom that can seat 16-18 people. CDAA offers unique packages for Audio Visual that are inclusive of Laptop, LCD/Data Projector, Remote, Sounds Speakers, Internet Line, White Board w/markers, and Podium which start at $150.00 per day. CDAA also offers basic coffee service set-up for a nominal fee. In addition to offering these services meeting planners are encouraged to partner with our preferred caterers for their events or any outside catering company.
